
Log into your mail box to view details of the shipments that we have received for you. We will record the date that the item was received, the sender, the number of pieces and the actual weight and volume/dimensional weight. You will also receive email notification when a new shipment is received in your mail box.
You must enter a description and US$ value for each item you have ordered/received in that shipment. The information entered here is considered to be a legal declaration. You are declaring that:
Any false or misleading declaration could result in fines or penalties from Customs and other agencies. New Zealand Customs may require proof that the value you have entered is the price you paid for the item. Please retain all relevant documents on file from the seller.
When you have entered the descriptions and values for the items you may select items for shipment. You have the ability to combine shipments/orders from multiple suppliers into a single BuyUSA shipment which will lessen the overall shipment costs. The system will also estimate the customs GST and Fees payable (note this does not include any duty. If any Duty is payable then the GST payable will increase also. See our what will it cost and FAQ page for more information) Once you have finalised the shipment you will be directed to an online payment page hosted by PayMate Visit the PayMate Website
We will then add your shipment to the weekly BuyUSA master shipment. Your mail box will continue to be Updated with information on the progress of your shipment and you will also receive status updates by email. When your Shipment arrives we will complete the customs clearance formalities. If no Duty/GST or customs fees are payable then your shipment will be delivered to your designated New Zealand delivery address. If there is Duty/GST or customs fees payable we will notify you by email and you can pay the outstanding fees via our website. Once payment is received then your shipment will be delivered.
